Our fish arrives Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – always fresh. In addition to fish we stock live oysters, clams and mussels. Gulf Shrimp arrive Friday. We source from the Atlantic, Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico and Alaska.
Our sausages are hand-linked.
There's no funny bits in these links. We make our sausage from whole muscles and twist them by hand and with love. Try our wide variety of worldly wieners.
Deli meats, made with integrity.
Our deli meats are made the old school way. We don't use fillers and there's no tricks or shortcuts here. Just time, salt, smoke and seasoning.
